Framework documents
The process flows from data gathering → readiness evaluation → model qualification → application development → scoring and selection → strategic implementation planning. Each phase builds systematically on the previous, with built-in validation checkpoints and reality-testing against organizational constraints.
Phase 1 - Assessment framework
Organizations complete a detailed questionnaire covering business context, technology infrastructure, pain points, and implementation concerns. The framework evaluates readiness across six dimensions (Technical Infrastructure, Resource Capacity, Strategic Readiness, Change Management, Cultural Alignment, Security & Compliance) and determines which of six AI access models the organization qualifies for based on specific threshold requirements.
Phase 2 - Applications framework
Phase 2: Applications Framework - Using assessment results, the framework identifies priority tasks from employee pain points and matches them with appropriate AI models to create 6-8 specific applications. Each application undergoes capability liberation analysis (calculating time savings plus higher-level work potential) and receives implementation scoring across seven criteria.
Applications are screened and reduced to 5 final selections using performance metrics and strategic distribution requirements. The framework then develops security protocols, implementation roadmaps, workforce evolution guidance, and executive recommendations with support probability assessments.
